Do not need to go Orange Villa, just go and read their block here, you will know all the problem this developer face.
Just click on their Orange Villa 1 comment, it is too horrible to read those defect complaint issue. How can a similar defect need to be fix thru out 24 month of liability period but still yet to fully rectified?
Better check this developer previous project and back ground, before buying this project.
If they cant build a good landed house, are they going to build a good tall condo?

Seberang perai house is only suitable for seberang perai people. Seberang perai really not a good place to live. Kampang style shopping mall, food not good, place ulu, not place to travel, air is dirty. Better live in penang island. Seberang perai just left for seberang perai people.
