    7 unit launching ? Company directors keep one unit each also not enough. I agree, if you go to the office, not this price. RM600k is director price! Want to buy, top up 200k!

    less interest in small scale unguarded project. it is like developer don’t know what to do with the small leftover land. no comittee to safeguard future issue.

    Is this near to Billion supermarket, besides 1 row of existing 2ST ? I saw some notice board and land clearing.
    The only Pro is that it is real 3ST BU, not 2.5 storey but sale as 3 storey price.
    The internal layout is so so nia. The external layout looks outdated. Balcony not covered at all, have to make own awning and column beam si boh ?
    Don’t know this developer own still small land all this while OR just bought it for this project.
    Whatever it is, this small land area should had been used by previous developer to build landscape garden, exercise field that Kota Permai is lacking off. Cannot support this kind of poor development, squeeze everything.

    Drove by yeaterday and saw that foundation works already started, went and call then meet the developer, it seems that previous projects(mostly shophouse) were kinda successful.. Overall not bad, maybe because im living around here..
