Design Not bad. I prefer the 22′ x 60′. Anybody can share the price info ?

A month ago when I check on the condo, the teres 23 type C is RM568k onwards. Not sure about now.

Have a quick look, not a big deal but only feel a bit strange on internal layout design…i ) ground floor room is located at the middle of the house with window facing the door of toilet? ii) master bedroom bedframe is leaning to the wall of the toilet?

Not a good layout. Bad feng shui indeed, bedroom with L shape are bad. All the edges are facing the bed.

608k onwards… The 2.5 storey in the gated is 808k min. 22×70 is min 700k. All da best. I think by now price already increased by 10%.

Layout bad la, fail big time

Floor plan layout and design not practical; a lot of shapes and mini staircases, wasted.
The flat roof though looks modern, I wonder during raining, how does the water flows away ? No roof tiles ?

Why so expensive geh? Is the location really that good? And it is not GnG.

They are targeting Sunway to bring up the area price. In future, Sunway will link to Perda and connect with 4 lane highway.

I believe most probably all the developers are selling Future Price. Not sure if this will lead the market to the cliff sometime.
