    Call the developer, informed that minimum price from RM 1.62M for 2250 sf unit.
    Only bumi lot left.

    Went to the project site, now building 14 floor already. Went inside the car park, wanna pengsan. I tell u, it’s another kancil car park. Much more even worst than Green lane Park whereby when u go up the ram and make turning and if u turn slightly to the left or right yr car will damage n sometimes need to reversed to readjust your car during turning. This exclusive condo look like LMC. Car park only la, dint manage to see the units yet. No wonder always lock the gate to prevent anyone going in. Sumo got CCTV to monitor visitor. Really not worth at all this project. I think land not big enough that y developer try to fit all in but end up worst than LMC. Imagine 1 car going up and another coming down, how to turn and also need to avoid head on collusion? Then u need to turn up till 8th floor or going up the ram for 1 floor 2 ram so ma 16 times to go up ram if u r unlucky got 8th floor car park. Investors n buyers sure regret n value might even drop after OC. Sumo by this same shitty contractor as Pavilion Resort.

    sor chai ah, this one not build for long term residence one lah. Berjaya keeps most of the units for rental to foreign hospital customers. And for those sor chais thinking they buy Macalister 218 can rent out to hospital patients, haha…how to compete with this when Berjaya’s cost is much lower than what they paid for 218 at around 1000psf.

    Eh kLLang, dun think yr so smart caling someone sor chai. It’s shown how much u have inside yr tiny head. If it’s not for long term residence then y sell? Mine as well turn it to service apartment. Land belongs to Berjaya then JV with WB to build then as land owner keeps a numbers of units. Berjaya still remains as property owner rather than sell of the land completely. If I’m the owner I would done the same thing. In need of money just sell a unit or so and if not in need then just rent it out. U think any body is dumb enough to buy n rent it out to foreign patients fr near by LGL hospital? Even for Macalister 218? It’s not as cheap as Mewah Court. Think before u open yr mouth.@KLLang

    U just wait till Mah Sing launching their project near by at $1400 psf, then u know how much the investors will make in this project.
    Sorry that u loan was rejected by the banks.

    Empty head can’t think. Compare apple to apple la. Dun compare apple to banana. RM 1,400 per sf no surprise what. YTL Shore Front already sold for RM 2K per sf. U think simply build a condo can fetch that price. Yes no doubt its a condo but BMW and Honda can’t compare rite since both oso car ma.

    Alex, I think u have mistaken me for someone. Nothing about bank loan.

    OK. Empty can, u can buy the apple at $1400psf.
    I will buy the orange at $500psf, at the same LOCATION.
    See who will make more at the end.
