RM450psf only? Why so cheap? Should be under market price right? Will it come with swimming pool with this low price?
Bukit Jambul freehold property? Are you sure?
It is not on the bukit jambul hill side, so, it is freehold. Hill side land is protected and thus, leasehold. This land is behind the Public bank, a lot of landed houses there all are freehold. Only bukit jambul indah and those area near to EQ Hotel/Inti College are leasehold.
Anyway, the price for RM450psf is a good buy at that area with freehold. The price should well above RM500psf with such low density and strategic location.

Victoria Heights is not a low cost flat either.

If dislike to stay with surrounded foreign workers, pls don’t stay in Bayan Baru or Bayan Lepas, try move to Batu Feringgi or Balik Pulau to avoid stay near to industrial area. Argue for what, decision is on your hand want to stay where. Am I right?
