    The 2nd link is opening soon..seems like this project would catch Bayan Lepas FTZ engineers eyes..
    Heard the price is shooting up in Batu Kawan.

    Any idea what will be the price after 2nd link open?
    Plan to grab 1 for own stay.. :)

    After 2nd bridge open, the property in Batu Kawan going to be dazzle for FTZ engineers.

    i personally visited Callisia 2 during last weekend, quite a nice outlook and environment.
    But will RM530K abit overpriced?

    Anyway, after 2nd link open will call for owner to view some unit.
    Hope wont regret.

    There is a new launch phase now =)
    Dst start from 460k after rebate if u can wait the house completed at 2016.
    Go to global oriental office have a look the layout and design for Dst and SemiD.
    If not, just find subsale as callisia will get oc soon!!!

    Previous few projects keeping delay, luckily this callisia 2 is on track.

    Great condition in overall!!
    Some minor defects and reported to developer for repair..

    GOB is building kindergarden in the field..Great!
    Developer mentioned 80% taken up by chinese family from Island ppl.

    Time to plan for renovation!!!

    what a waste … nice house , nice location , but 50% of all houses converted to factory worker housing already

    can see all the clothes hanging on the fence , gate , grill … a few motos , a few cars , a few bas kilang parked nearby
    one house converted to stall/mini hawker center selling food
    one more house put a RO water vending machine outside

    how near is this to the upcoming ikea? i wanted to purchase a property for own stay around Batu Kawan around 250-400k but wanted new propertty cause lack of downpayment…
