mr True the chairman is not genius where did you have that idea ….first he does not have 200 owners supporting him…. he failed to get elected into the Joint Management Commitee so how can he have so many suppporters… most probably he has less than 20 True followers who believes him… if he have 200 followers he probably in the commitee… may be he has about 180 fictitious phantoms followers…. so i hope you are not influenced by his false accusations and lies…

20 follower is good enough to start the legal sue toward developer.
You look so worry just like a representative from developer.
If this 20 persons win the case, and it will create a big wave to the developers.
So, usually developer will try to compromise with this 20 names and settle out side the court.

Refer to the comments here, more then 100 residents getting notice and some are sue by the developer, but what you said is the Residents chairman only have 20 supporters, if only 20 of
them why the others received lawyer letter from the developer, what is going on? what is actually happen in this BM City mall?.

Dear True,
As I heard the self elected chairman used 168 residents names without legal consent and endorsement to sent an accusations letter to all government.departments on some fabricated accusations. Hence most of the residents names were used by him, received law suit letter for defamations. Since most.of residents names were used by him and no legal endorsement signatures, i believe most residents were legally cannot be sued due to no acknowledgement on the contents of.the said letter.

Base the way you post here, I know you are not a resident or own a property in BMCity. As you just believe the alegations from.others. Please let me know if the self elected chairman has taken any legal.actions or not and what is their progress in their claimed. As I see the self elected chairman failed to show proof of his claim and is fighting a losing legal war.

Hi True, I assure you I am a simple resident who is not blinded by the person who blinded about less than 20people, who is getting less influence after his insidious plan to cause chaos in our beloved BMCITY.

Believe me there the new JMB is doing a great constructive job, however the destructive chairman is trying to destroy the guard house in front of BMCITY, I do not know what is his insidious evil plan to take down the security guard house, which is there to supervise the in and out of vehicles… so i still do not know why 20 others still supporting his destructive plan… anyway he will have a lot of lawsuit cases to take care.. I feel pity to his members who may be get into trouble with him in his losing lawsuits battle which may dragged down his innocents members .. Hopefully he can come to his senses… First his plan already failed to be voted as JMB, and soon he will be alone… so sad but life will go on with or without him…

the chairman is famous lately. Based on the evident he shows, i think this developer is really way too much over sales. Most developer are doing that, ya, unfortunately. But this one, i think if i would him, i will be frustrated as well. The worst is safety issue that he brought up. it shouldn’t happen at all.

Of course, he is not the smartest person to make such a move and action to fight against developer and some agencies. However, we need people like him to fight against those people. I respect him for his courage while most people will choose to quiet, or give up. I don’t think he earn anything from doing so.

Why there is no activity in this forum .. there is no problem i guess is just a misleading… shops are opening with 3 cafes.

Heard this place is going to be a new rendezvous happening place for special events, charities, super cafes and friendly place for lepak in coming future as there are good samaritans who staying there has been doing their very best in promoting the place….
The mall is promoting charity events and a few shops will be opening soon.

Besides this good news, existing abandon Aeon Mall had been bought over by somebody. Sooner the mall will be back and crowded again in Bandar Perda.

Sorry to say that this BM City and the adjacent areas will be a thing of the past. History. Batu Kawan is just starting to warm up, our state gov will put in more goodies to encourage more and more and more developments there. It will be hot, 2nd only to Tanjung Tokong, something big is being planned there.
