One big concern on its house fengshui, the master bed room’s toilet is straight hit the ground floor’s main door. In master Lilian Tu’s fengshui book, she mentioned this is “Tai kai Lai Si”..so check it out! and not sure will land slid or not when heavy rain come cause too near the hill, u know la, nowday global warming ma, weather always change..hehe..

I think all of the mentioned problem will not be a problem to people if it’s cheaper.. lolz.
This project is built on an uneven terrain, in which the hill has been cut. The good point is its close proximity to greenery with fresher air. The bad point is the worry about landslide if the developer not careful enough. Look at google map, there is a small “botak” area in the hill above BM country club, don’t know whether can cause problem or not. Anyway, the location is very convenient.

i think it is not cheap, the price stated above is just a house price, developer not free any S&P, legal fees, stamping and ect. Those hidden cost might be around 25-30k. So if the 2 storey semi-d house price is 559k, then after add in all those hidden cost, it will be around 559k+30k ~ 589k. If you’re believe on fengshui, u should know on the importantness of main door, Lilian Tu did mentioned that in her fengshui book(basic fengshui)

Ya. agree on the greenery air, i think that location is good for retire persons. But for the working peoples especialy those works at Prai or Bayan lepas, then will be very far for them to travel.

Yes..agree…during CNY….i saw townhouse at Penang Suria Vista with asking RM 600 K at Newspaper…few week ago..i saw Kwang Wah same location asking for RM 585 K….last week i saw the same location asking for RM 550 K….
