this project oso under tah wah ma…hehe..i recall when i went to book orange vila last time, this orange avenue eh shop lot all sold out liao lor…not sure true bo laa..hehe
I think the price is very expensive. Some more, their staffs will answer u ” not yet la” ” dont know la” bla bla bla. Anyway, i supposed to wait for this project, but already invest condo in pg island for brighter appreciation in future.
dont buy…lousy developer!!!!
Just visit their Orange Villa resident house, commented so bad on this developer. I doubt if i buy may regret later …. a no no for me.
