i have called yesterday. It’s not open for sale yet. What Prince stating is not true. Only the shop lot which total 12 units sold out. Terrace and apartment are not yet launch. You can register. By the way, as of now, there is 9xx people register. According to the stuff, during launch, the sale will base on first register first serve. It’s open for all (not only bumi). The price is correct. The starting price is RM490K for 2 STT and RM170K for apartment

It’s 170k (not 190k). The 190k is the taman jelutong indah phase 2 which is also same 900 sqft but leasehold

I also just called, but one guy told me that it is open for all. Including non-bumi. May be the RM490k price is for bumi lot kuar.

i call to there too. The officer told me it’s open for all without any condition as long as your loan get approved.
2-storey Terrace for bumi only
that area 490k for landed, unbelieveable.
Terrace is only for Bumi, corner from RM 550K onwards. The others such as the apartments are open for all. Please check the developer’s website. Their aim is to provide affordable homes for Bumi in Penang with a minimum of 70% Bumi purchasers per project. In their website, do read on their press releases.

Not the staffs are telling different stories. Just a lot of “SHAN KUAN” (cantonese) in this webpage.

Just going through the statement on the website, do we need to register our name with the SUK first? RM 490k consider low cost house?
