RM528k for 3storey terrance is far too exp lar.

Developer told me it is RM443K for 3-storey terrace. You may want to check with developer again to confirm.
To avoid any confusion, “Ken” who responded earlier is not the same person.

behind song ban keng road..now semi d is about 648k already according to tambun indah website…eyes also become big when see the price..
