Is this project only open for bumi? How strong is the developer background? Any existing projects? I saw their website seems like have some link with the government.
Since this is linked with the Government, only Malaysian (Bumi) can buy. Malaysians (non-bumi) cannot buy it. Thanks to 1Malaysia – according to PM, we are all the same.
I called last week, non-bumi also can buy.

does it come with car park as i heard some of it is cheap due to they separate the stuff provided, example kitchen with tiles, floor with tiles or just semen only, 2/1 car park?
What is the name of BSG landed bungalow project? I think there is a Belleview 3 storey terrace project next to Sinar Bukit Dumbar.

Yes, IJM is going to build condo and apartment at Waterfront, close to the garbage landfill area….you will have better view over there, but need to wait…
I am the MH resident. Buying at leasehold will not give you good return unless for you own staying. Before make decision to buy one, you try to experience the same atmosphere in MH before you regret it later day.

Yes my fren rented there also say the rental n house price cannot go up after so many years…….but perhaps it is not so related to leasehold/freehold status, rather the ppl living there, or to say the community aound there?
Because that area a lot low cost, kampung kampung, ppl speeding motor without helmet, gangster fight in front of the entrance….all these will bring down the repo and subsequently the value…..
You see Putra Place, Villa Emas, Summer Place…..all price shoot up so much just after OC, and still non-stop now…..
So, it is the apartment management and community that matters…

Yes,probably right about MH. There is 50%malay,50% non-malay. Walk way going out you will pass by most of that race but I am getting used to it. However when we r talking about investment w good return we have to forget the place with such %,you kw what I mean. If you desire to get sea-view unit with low price for own stay then buylah this project. No opinion unless you rich enuf to go to IJM project just in front (reclamation)cost you aboveRM650K.
