It’s freehold.
Heard selling at 850psf, not including Car park. Car park would cost 35k, so the total price would mount to 900psf easily. Smallest units have no seaview. The starting price for seaview unit would be easily 720k base on my rough calculation. Personally i would not consider, subsale suites at seri tg pinang can be a better option..you can still get one at ~700psf.
