It is very close to Meridien Residence in Sungai Ara, just a 5 min drive. It is a not bad option in terms of price RM320/sqft (Pavillion) vs >RM400/sqft (Meridien)
Good layout, especially the toilet door facings are well taken care off. Kitchen n bedrooms are well-layout.
Is this project opposite Saujana heights?
Walau..RM5/sf increase for floor premium…lvl 6 = RM345/sf, lvl 7 = 350/sf..
where to register?
Just visit the site and the pilling just started. 15minutes drive to FTZ (if no traffic), with this kind of price I prefer Mahsing upcoming condo near the Southbay. Too bad landed too exp now in Southbay….
david, mahsing condo is way more expensive that this project…2 rooms about 800k now..
