Is this condo/aprt with facilities like swimming pool?
<RM300k in this area, sure a lot of ppl will grab it…just not sure ppl buy it for investment or own stay. Afraid it become foreign worker hostel :-S

feel little bit expensive with 250K/820 = rm305 psf come without facility like swimming pool…etc. it would be similar to the nearby low dens Seri Nilam. It sells RM250 due to low square feet. If you look at 700sq seri nilam without facility, the rental is about rm600 to rm700 per month with maintenance fee rm100. Buying for investment have to consider upcoming nearby high rise (idaman iris/cempake, golden triangle).

They got 300 menbers but 100 unit and rumors saying they are given free just after complete or oc obtained. . Sell which 100k top up then share togethere with all their menbers.. Even got kangtao u think cheap.? Minimum also 10k plus in cash.. I register at jan 09 i give up after finalise n go for sierra..

Not preferable in term of fengshui. The best is square land.

Of course the under counter is not cheap lah. Else everybody get liao or u go jadi member n sell to me lar.

Called the developer, they said it’s for member only, which 400++ members have registered. If it’s open for public, over 3K registered.. Kinda no hope i guess…
