Today went to Airmas office, sales person say this project wont launch so soon, probably mid of next year. It was delay and delay for the official launch of this project.
How much need to pay for booking? Do Anyone know about this?

Area in Look Yuen restaurant such as taman kerjasama and central way are not bad too.
Airmas is a reputable developer… but why are they waiting so long to lunch this project. I already registered 2 years ago but untill now they keep on saying next year. If i go next year they will sure say next year again(2013)!!!
I think the antanne aint going to move. they are clearing the land now, i think soon will start launching, maybe next property fair.
the locate is good, but the existing shop and infra are old, even feel like ruin. and the new houses are behind this old shops/house, abit sian.
How about the price? still remain or will increase?
