    Uncle Ho,
I am new here. Could you tell me how to contact the developer?
Interest to know how is their final design, layout.
How is the developer reputation? This project is consider sea front, should have attacted some attention.
And i think since it is very close to the future tunnel road to penang, the price can be appreciate.
    What do u think?

    Hello Hari-hari Mau,

I am new here too. You can go to the website and there is an email. Or you can just visit their office. Ha ha…

If not mistaken, this is their very first virgin development. So there is an amount of risk. However, from what I gather, they’ve been in the construction material business for a while. But, that does not mean they’re good in constructing buildings. Like I say again, time will tell and there is always a risk.

All the design and layout can be seen on the link given above.

The project will be right next to the BORR expressway. Got good and bad:
GOOD: you get superb view especially during sunset. And you get nice wind to dry your clothes. LOL

BAD: Low mental capability eat free nothing to do cause trouble Mat Rempits like to race on this BORR highway. So you might have to bear with their motorcycle noise. They’re really pariahs… tsk tsk tsk…

Concerning appreciation, most of the properties around Butterworth town (from Teluk Air Tawar at the north till Ferry Terminal/Chai Leng Park) has been getting great appreciation these past few years. For example, Harbour Place apartments have been getting WONDERFUL rental return on investment due to quite a number of foreigners (e.g. expats) renting and staying there. I know one kawan baik who gets RM1.3k rental per month from her ~890sqft apartment. Damn shiok I tell you…. last time she bought that unit less than RM150k nia…

Now apartments are sprouting like mushrooms every where in Butterworth town. Within the radius I just described, there are:

    Tanjung Heights
    De Centro
    Capri Park
    Telaga Emas
    Sea View Tower,
    Ocean View,
    Wellesley Residence,
    Dahlia Park, and now..
    Atlantic Aparment

So you say… shiok boh? Ha ha =)

    Happy investing!

Better go and check the site… it’s in front the coastal highway, and cargo port is the sea view. Only buy if u find it’s still worth it.
