Hi, anyone know is this a good location compare to Harbour place? I plan to get 1 for investment purpose.
I think when fully developed, harbour place should be nicer but more expensive.
For dsquare, the location is more strategic since is just mere minutes from bridge. One thing i’m not very sure whether there is any plan for a low cost flat around that area. Also, it is just next to palma and pinang laguna.
By the way, may be this is quite near to the high voltage cables. You may need to check onsite.
Actually what is the requirement in distance they need to keep out from the high voltage cables?

Not sure about the distance requirement. But sometimes when you open up your windows and see some high voltage cables in front of you (either it is 100m, 200m or 300m), some people just don’t feel comfortable with it
Actually planning to buy a project behind Autocity but there is a high voltage cable there. really thinking hard if wanted to proceed as that area is very convenient.
