    While Sierra Residences nearby was sold within 1 day like a hot cake, people queued 72 hours to get the queue number 1. I believe this will help to appreciate the price of Zan Pavillion furhter. For Zan Pavillon, with no shoplot at the ground floor (better privacy), much lower density, much cheaper in maintenance fee (per sf), much better in layout design & nearer to main access road, has all the advantages to perform better in subsales.

    Sized range from 1990-2390sf with 2/3 CP (Type A & C side by side, Type B back to back), some. Selling from $600k onwards.

    is the maintenance fee exp? i think around RM200 is reasonable for a condo which has size around 2000sf lo.

    wondering why this one only selling at ~rm300 psf, while others at sg ara area already selling at rm400 psf already, any major drawback ?
