    Wah, RM240psf, RM308k for a unit at lower floor, with not view, what is the different compare with landed house? The different just with swimming pool + facilities, but i think need to pay ~RM200 per month at least for maintenance fee (0.15 cent per sf) or event higher….What is the selling point for this project??

    Just booked a unit. 300k++

    Many people say me stupid to buy it at this price. I like the location and facilities around. Just start work last year. I think it is not my fault to get it at such price?

    i prefer 1.5 storey townhouse by Airmas (tmn anggerik, GnG, behind Raja Uda shell station), just RM280k (2 units available), i think landed property always better than condo, more privacy.
