Maintenance will have to pay like hell.
Penang people still do not have good mind set of pay maintenance, what if many not pay? Good luck buyer.
Checked with them, the maintenance fee is not that high, and they have a very good way to ensure all owner pay those fee ontime.
Would say it is quite well planned
What I understand is….owner may choose to pay and enjoy the water theme park or not. thats will not be burden to those dont like to swim mah!

So sad…i lost my RM500…and can’t claim it back…
