    Anybody has entered the premises and manage to snap a photo or two to share? I am interested to find out how impressive the “paranomic seaview” is.

    Very quiet in this blog. Surin should be one of the upcoming hot pick right? Anybody can provide some updates on this project? During my last trip months back I can noticed that tower B already pretty much in tact, when would be the OC?

    Now is going to be in the VP stage for Block B. Key will be obtained as soon as within a month. Jeff: we are not allowed to enter the premises as the guard won’t allow us to do so!

    I went to check on one of the 1307sf seaview unit last weekend, considering buying. The landscape and infrastructure are excellent. The ID at the common areas including the lifts, lobby, gym are equally impressive. Interior of the unit is reasonable, I like about the 2×2 floor tiles, side-skirting, although i found that the foyer is too big and proven wasted, and bathrooms need to put up shower screen and so on. 2nd & 3rd bedrooms looks a bit small, but i took the measurement it seems no problem to fit in a king size bed and a wardrobe. Seaview from the balcony is terrific, except being block by waterfront on the left (the unit i viewed is at lower floor). Asking price is 450psf, I am still considering. Check with the developer, there are still hilliview units left in Block A which already asking >430psf. Also the seaview from block A units expected to be better, may wait a bit longer till end of this year.

    I am buying for own staying, so do share your view if this is worthwhile to buy. I have to-date viewed quite a number of units in Marina tower, twin tower, coastal tower, the brezza, Tg park, Miami green, and leader garden, i fell surin is the best so far. There is another under consutrction, 10island plaza but asking >500psf sub-sale with only 1 car park, may consider also.

    @jeff

    if u can get 450psf, u better grab it fast as the developer’s price is asking even much higher. Surin is certainly one of the best option in view of the fine-touch of the landscape n rooftop garden which really add value to the property n u can’t get it in others condo at that area. Leader Garden n coastal tower…are quite old properties which is not worth buying for own stay or investment. I personally prefer hillview + rooftop garden view, imagine if we live in the higher floor, mist flowing from the balcony, fresh air…such a nice feeling! I check with the developer two weeks ago, the price is going for RM680+ on 22nd floor hillview for Block A.

    It is a good buy if u can get 450psf.
